New to Home Build Flow? Follow these five steps to set up your first project and start managing your build.
Create Your Account
Sign up for a free trial. No credit card required. You will receive a confirmation email with your login credentials and a link to your dashboard.
Set Up Your First Project
Create a new project and choose from our pre-built process templates based on the 13-phase construction methodology, or start with a blank project and build your own workflow.
Invite Your Team
Add your internal team members and assign roles. On Professional and Enterprise plans, you can also invite subcontractors to the subcontractor portal with scoped access.
Configure Your Schedule
Define your project phases, add tasks, set dependencies, and assign milestones. The platform calculates your critical path and timeline automatically.
Start Building
Track progress from your dashboard, update task statuses from any device, and let the system alert you to schedule risks, upcoming milestones, and trade coordination needs.
