Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features in that tier. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of 14 days, you can choose a plan or your account will be paused until you subscribe.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the new features are available immediately and we prorate the cost for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my project or team member limit?

You will receive a notification when you are approaching your plan limits. If you need more projects or team members, you can upgrade to the next tier. We will never shut down an active project because you hit a limit — you will have time to upgrade or archive completed projects.

Do subcontractors count toward my team member limit?

Subcontractors who access the dedicated subcontractor portal do not count toward your team member limit on the Professional and Enterprise plans. On the Starter plan, all users including subcontractors share the 5-member allocation.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. The Starter plan drops from $49/month to $39/month (billed annually at $468/year), and the Professional plan drops from $149/month to $119/month (billed annually at $1,428/year).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice-based billing with net-30 terms.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel a monthly plan, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. For annual plans, you retain access until the end of your annual term. We do not offer prorated refunds on annual plans.

The Enterprise plan includes everything in Professional plus unlimited team members, white-label options for your branding, full API access for custom integrations, a dedicated account manager, guaranteed SLA, and on-site training sessions.
